Catfish Pro Sanctuary XXL Cradle Base System Complete<Pike / Predator Fish Care

The UK’s leading catfish expert, Simon Clarke, established Catfish Pro in 2004 as a response to the growing demand for catfish fishing tackle and accessories. The Catfish-Pro product range was designed to cope with UK catfishing as well as catfishing abroad. This means that the equipment and size of gear vary dramatically across the range, as European waters, such as large rivers in France, Spain, and Italy can hold fish to over 200lb.

The Catfish Pro XXL cradle is a brilliant design system that utilises the XXL unhooking mat in the base to ensure maximum fish safety during weighing, unhooking and photo-taking processes.

Being XXL, the cradle is designed to hold the biggest of catfish and you can climb in the cradle with the fish held in your arms so that if you are to drop the fish during a snap of the camera then the padded mat shall soften the fish’s fall.

The XXL unhooking mat can be taken out and used separately to the Cradle Base unit which leaves a soft mesh in the cradle for breathability and allowing excess water from the mat and fish escape. The cradle also features spaces for handles, making it easier to move the cradle over from perhaps uneven ground or to make room for the rest of your predator gear. 

With the mud feet on the bottom of the cradle, you can be sure to keep the cradle secure on uneven or muddle grounds by the bankside.
