The food is kept separate from the fuel for healthier results, and a cleaner barbecue, so there’s no smoking, charring or fat-dripping flare-ups. Where the food to be cooked sits is surrounded by a moat to collect cooking juices to infuse roasts with more flavours or, when the moat is filled with water, to cook boiled potatoes. Staying cool to touch on the outside the Cobb PRO is easier to use in well ventilated confined spaces so that it can be used almost anywhere outdoors it’s portable size allows it to be transported to whilst it’s steel bowl, dome and non-stick grill are all dishwasher safe making cleaning a much simpler process than that of many other barbecues when you arrive home.
