The Emblem Surf 45 SCW is truly supreme with Slow Cross Wrap which ensures line release is both smooth and efficient whilst featuring a double edge spool lip to keep line in place during single rotations of line, minimising the risk of back lash.

Daiwa has also added a mag seal within the rotor to protect the gear system from salt and debris, which is essential to saltwater angling. This not only prolongs a winding smoothness but allows your reel to last you much longer than others on the market.

Weight is saved through the use of DS5 and DS4 throughout, with the Air Rotor ensuring maximum resistance to heavy loads.  Finally, the presence of QD shortens the range between lockdown for casting and preferred drag.
