A Japanese based company, Shimano was conceived in 1921starting its company’s life creating cycling equipment but diversified into the production of top quality fishing reels in 1970. Available in 12ft and 13ft rod length options, the Shimano Aero X7 Distance Feeder Rod is a unique rod in the market for its sports two main sections instead of three, unusual for longer rods. These two sections contribute to the beautiful playing action of the rod which fewer joints to disturb the flex of the rod blanks.
Constructed from high modulus HPC NANO blank, the backbone of the rod is strong and well built up, offering super responsive, very fast recovering creating a distance casting machine! The Aero X7 uses anti-tangling Kigan guides which help the fishing line to fly off the spool super easy, reaching great distances when making bold casts. The screw-in extension part of the rod will contribute to more distance and control during the cast.
